SwitchGear’s Nuclear Receptor Promoter Set TM consists of ~1,200 unique promoter fragments from the human genome representing targets of nuclear receptor regulated genes. The promoters are cloned into a custom vector containing an optimized luciferase reporter gene and are ready for high-throughput pathway screening applications. The set is delivered in various multi-well formats.
The Nuclear Receptor Set was designed to provide the most comprehensive list of promoters regulated by the family of nuclear receptor proteins. These targets were chosen from the SwitchGear genome-wide library of human promoters based on evidence from the primary literature, gene annotation, and motif searching.
SwitchGear’s secondary screening tools generate comprehensive pathway profiles that describe how small molecules affect entire nuclear receptor pathways.
